We want to ensure you get the best service as possible, as a supplier for all your fashion needs. We attempt happily to communicate with all our valued customers regarding shipping times, refunds, exchanges and will happily check your status and update accordingly.

We provide tracking numbers on all orders. If you haven't received one, simply reach out to customercare@terreluxury.com 24/7 as we understand your needs and are here to help and will reach out to you within 24 hours.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
  1. Contact us via social media or reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return / exchange.
  2. Please read our below return policy to see if item qualifies for return.
  3. Talk to us and we may work something out depending on the item and refund rule below..
  4. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  5. Send item(s) back to us using the label provided.

      RETURNS:

      TERRE LUXURY can conveniently accept returns and provides store credits only. However, please note the following exceptions to our return and store credits policy:

      • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the fulfillment date.
      • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment unless item is out of stock.
      • When returning an item for exchange, use our provided "return shipping Label" send to you by e-mail.
      • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
      • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging (not destroyed).
      • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
      • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
      • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
      • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
      • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
      • During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Accessories, Makeup, Intimates + Bodysuits.
      • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
      • FINAL SALE, FLASH SALE and STYLE STEAL items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. 
      • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Makeup, Handbags + Belts.
      • Fashion Face Coverings are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns Or Exchanges!
      • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges!
      • Swim Items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges!
      • Kids Clothing are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges!
      • Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
      • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
      •  Store Credit does not expire.
      • Free Return Labels are not applicable for In Store Purchases or Phone Orders.
      • We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.
      Additional Information:
      • Please wait from 7 to 14 days to process your return and issue a STORE CREDIT or Exchange.
      • Customer pays shipping fess and are subtracted from STORE CREDIT amount.
      • A restocking fee of 10% will be charged and deducted from STORE CREDIT amount.
      • Lost or damaged returns are typically handled by the post carrier.
