Back-ordered items?
Rest assured, if you placed an order that includes a back ordered item, we’ll still send the in-stock items ASAP and the back ordered item once it’s back in stock. As always, our Customer Service Team is here to answer any other questions, and can be reached via email at customercare@terreluxury.com between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern. Your e-mail will be answered same business day or within 24 hours otherwise.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, it can not be edited. Occasionally, we have success requesting small edits on orders after they've been placed, but changes are not guaranteed nor always possible depending on the order's current state. If you need to make a small change to your order after it has been placed, reach out to us immediately at sales@terreluxury.com with the subject line "Urgent - Edit Order # (your order number)" and we'll see what can be done.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes! Choose Shop Pay at checkout and pay in full or in 4 interest-free installments for orders between $50 and $3000 with No interest, no fees, and no impact to your credit score.
Will I be charged for the order at check out or when it ships?
For security purposes, we do not store credit card information. This means you will be charged only at the time of purchase!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to ongoing delays in production resulting from supply chain disruptions and increased demand, there may be some delays. Its best to check the shipping times, before purchasing, so you know what to expect and can plan accordingly. Those shipping times can be found under the 'add to cart' button, in your cart at checkout, in your order confirmation email. Information on the shipping timelines for all Terre Luxury products can also be found on our Shipping and Delivery page.
Can I delay my order’s ship date?
At this time, we're not able to offer deferred delivery on orders.
